Begin Again is provided by Jimmy Havugimana ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Begin Again, you agree to these terms. You are contracting with Jimmy Havugimana.
Begin Again is a faith-based emotional and spiritual support and educational tool. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, addiction treatment, detoxification, or an emergency service. Walk With Me is an AI companion; its responses may be inaccurate and are not professional advice. In an emergency call 911 or call/text 988.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your sign-in details confidential, provide accurate information, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
Don't use Begin Again unlawfully; for fraud or spam; to infringe others' rights; to create harmful, hateful or illegal content; to try to make the AI produce prohibited content; or to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering). You are responsible for what you enter and how you use AI responses. We may filter responses and remove or restrict content.
We own Begin Again, including its software, content and branding. You keep ownership of what you write; you allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the app within your plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; after canceling, Premium stays on until the end of the paid period.
We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we provide it "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law doesn't allow these limits.
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You can delete your data in Profile at any time.
